Santa Rosa-based Cinquini & Passarino named Anthony Cinquini as vice president in charge of business operations and construction services and James Dickey as vice president in charge of infrastructure and development services.



Banking & Finance

Michael Ledwich of Napa-based Charter Oak Bank was promoted to executive vice president and chief credit officer.

The bank hired Jill Ribeiro as assistant vice president and customer service manager.



Joseph Grant joined Oliver-Allen Technology Leasing in Larkspur, a part of U.S. Bank Equipment Finance. Mr. Grant will be senior vice president in leasing operations.



Sonoma Bank, which merged with Sterling Savings Bank in June, hired Don Cliver as branch manager and assistant vice president of the Novato branch.



Jim Wright joined Charter Oak Bank as executive vice president and regional manager for the institution’s St. Helena office.

Mr. Wright has 23 years of banking experience in St. Helena and has been active in the community and throughout the county.



Arno Rayner announced his retirement from active management of the investment-counseling firm he founded 30 years ago, Rayner & Haynor in Mill Valley. He made the announcement at the company’s 30th anniversary celebration.

Angela Wallace of Novato-based Wallace Associates received the Certified Professional Organizer designation from the National Association of Professional Organizers and the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers.



Law

David Berry became a partner at Santa Rosa law firm Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery.



Paul Smith, a partner at San Rafael law firm Keegin Harrison Schoppert Smith & Karner, was named a 2007 Northern California Super Lawyer for the third consecutive year.



John Heffner joined the expanding litigation team at Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty in Napa.

Mr. Heffner was previously with the Oakland law firm of Reed Smith LLP and is a new resident of Napa. He earned his law degree at University of Texas at Austin.



Nonprofit & Community Organizations

Paige Mazzoni, executive vice president of marketing, product management and corporate strategy for recruitment leader the Nelson Family of Companies, was elected to the board of directors of Legal Aid of Sonoma County. Ms. Mazzoni also sits on the boards of Greenacre Homes and the Stanford Buck Cardinal.

 

Laura Batie was named to the board of directors for the Marin History Museum.



Real Estate

Jetta Saharoff of Hurd Real Estate in Santa Rosa earned the Graduates Realtor Institute real estate designation from the California Association of Realtors.



Scott Sheldon joined mortgage lender McCormick & Company in Santa Rosa and recently earned the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist from the CMPS Institute in Ann Arbor, Mich.



Jennifer Hibbitts joined Terranomics Retail Services at its San Rafael office.

Ms. Hibbitts will be working with the team of Mark Koenig, John Schaefer, Meghann Martindale and Annie Jabuka specializing in leasing and sales of commercial retail properties and tenant representation throughout the San Francisco, North Bay and East Bay markets.

She was previously with Cornish & Carey Commercial.



Spiro Stratigos was named manager of Frank Howard Allen’s Novato office.

Mr. Stratigos has been one of Frank Howard Allen’s leading sales agents ranking in the top 10 percent companywide. He is active in community organizations around Novato, including the Hamilton Field of Marin Association.
