Nominations sought for Women in Business awards

NORTH BAY, March 14, 2008 – This June, the NORTH BAY BUSINESS JOURNAL will honor outstanding women in the North Bay for their success and contributions to the business community as leaders, innovators and visionaries. We are seeking nominations for this prestigious award to be presented at the eighth-annual Women in Business 2008 Awards Dinner Gala in June. Winners will also be featured in a special publication June 30.

Nominations are sought in the categories of banking and finance, construction, employment, health care, hospitality and tourism, insurance, nonprofits, real estate, technology and wine. Nominations in other professional categories not listed will also be considered.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, April 18. Winners must work in Sonoma, Napa or Marin counties. Winners are chosen based on qualifications and not the number of nominations received. Supporting documents are welcome but will not replace the nomination form.
