Construction
Thomas Weaver joined Conservation Mechanical Systems, a commercial and industrial air conditioning equipment supplier, as full partner.Raul Pena joined Supress Products in San Rafael as vice president of sales. Supress Products manufactures sound-insulating gypsum wallboard.
Consulting and Training
Annika McCrea was appointed president and CEO of Advantage Performance Group, a Larkspur consulting and training network. She replaces Advantage founder John Hoskins, who will continue as strategic counsel to the firm’s 31 franchise partners and 14 selling affiliates across the United States.In other news, Advantage consultant Robert Brinkerhoff, Ph.D., was selected as the 2008 recipient of the Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance award by the American Society for Training & Development.

Michael Humphrey, manager of the Sonoma County In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority, was appointed to the Olmstead Advisory Committee.Kaiser Permanente named Gregory Adams as president of its 3.3 million-enrollee Northern California region.
Andrea Learned, vice president of development for St. Joseph Health System, was appointed to the board of directors for the Center for Well-Being, a North Bay health education and wellness center.

Santa Rosa-based Albert Handelman was named by Worth magazine as one of the top 100 lawyers in the U.S. serving the needs of affluent families and by Law & Politics magazine as a Northern California Super Lawyer.Nonprofits
