Solar

SPG Solar in Novato and GoSolarMarin in San Rafael concluded their GoSolarMarin Community Discount Program April 10 after helping sell 100 solar photovoltaic systems since November 2007. The project reduced the carbon dioxide output equivalent to 210 tons of pollution.

Technology

Digital media software company Sonic Solutions of Novato released Scenarist BD 4.5, the latest upgrade to its blu-ray disc creation product.

The company also recently released a new subtitling application called Lemony Pro.

Santa Rosa-based HMS Travel Group signed a contract with Oceania Cruises Inc. of Miami to provide a series of wine-related European shore tours.
