    • SAN RAFAEL, Aug. 14, 2008 -- Autodesk Inc. said today that earnings for the second quarter, ended July 31, stayed largely flat despite better-than-expected revenue.

    The software maker reported earnings of $89.8 million, or 39 cents per share, compared to earnings of $91.6, 38 cents a share, for a same period last year.
